1. Platform Agreement
By accessing Nanoshipy shipping services or integrating our APIs, you agree to comply with our courier routing guidelines, prepaid wallet terms, and weight dispute submission protocols.
2. Wallet & Reconciliation
Prepaid wallets are debited upon AWB creation. Freight weight disputes must be raised within 7 calendar days of courier invoice generation with supporting dimension evidence.
