1. Data Isolation & Tenant Privacy
Nanoshipy Technologies operates on a strict multi-tenant row-level database architecture. Seller data, shipping addresses, wallet ledger balances, and rate cards are isolated per tenant ID and never shared across resellers or third parties.
2. Information Collection & Usage
We collect information necessary to fulfill shipping services, generate AWBs, reconcile prepaid wallets, and provide NDR address verification via WhatsApp and SMS integrations.
3. Security & Compliance
All transit data is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Pre-funded wallet ledgers are protected with AES-256 encryption and audited against daily courier manifest balances.
